MediaFolio has many options not available in competing products, inc embargoes, commission statements, concept of sets & our Exchange Server connection.

MediaFolio, in its entirety is totally flexible, components such as commissions or embargoing can be removed or just ignored.

Website - the core:
MediaFolio offers a flexible database connection to its powerful, centrally located store to allow searching and browsing of images by Picture Desks and other clients.

Email marketing:
Sets of images can be simply combined into “temporary” mini-websites, whos location can be bulk emailed to hundreds of clients at a time. Distribution lists can be synchronised with your own Exchange Server.

Sales:
Prices of images and sales approvals are set via the admin interface. Invoices can be output in a format importable to Intuits QuickBook products. Commission Splits are automatically applied to sales, with a reporting system to keep track of commissions due to Agencies, Photographers and Subjects.

Technology:
All our Servers are supplied by Compaq, the leaders in their field, programming is all in .Net & SQL, the most advanced and resilient technology available. Our severs are centrally located within TeleHouse, the main data centre in London.
