As a new set of images become available or a particular subject becomes more newsworthy. You create an email package, then within the system and sent to your defined distribution lists. Distribution lists are well managed outside of the system in groupware products such as Microsoft’s Exchange Server, or even as a simple Excel file. If you use Exchange Server, We can synchronise MediaFolio with a predefined “public folder”, so your upto date distribution lists are always available within the system.

The wording & subject of the email can be predefined to a standard format, or personalised for each recipient.

As in the website, the client after logging in, will be able to add the images to one of their lightbox, or request a price.

You will be able to monitor statistics of the interest shown in any particular mailing.

The Emails themselves do not actually include any images, only links to the images, so that you will not be clogging your clients email boxes.

The emails can appear to be personally sent by the Agent from your Agency that prepared the package, so any replies will be routed personally.
