Sales are all carried out within the MediaFolio System, the request for a price is how the sale is initialised, a number of details are requested regarding each images intended use, i.e. Publication Name, Page, Picture Size etc. These details can then be acted upon by the agent. A price is applied, and one of 2 options is chosen “allow download on acceptance of terms”, “hold order till approved”, an automated email is sent to the client, if the order is from a client with a credit account, he may accept the quotation and download, if no credit agreement exists, arrange payment to allow download.

Commissions are calculated for any given period, for any entity who has an interest in the image(s), statements can be calculated monthly if required.

Invoices or orders can be exported to QuickBooks to integrate fully with your accounts system. Invoices are produced with the Image name, Subject Name, Photographer, Publication, Position, Size and date of usage, that the client gave when filling in the request for a price.

MediaFolio can be integrated with “Crystal Reports”, which will give you full control to create any report you may require, giving you unlimited access to statistics.
